Gael Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 When the UI style: is set to DefaultOS the Artboard background grey level doesn't respect the user's preference. The rest of the UI is set correctly from dark to light. Macbook pro M1 13.0.1 (22A400) clamshell mode with External screen. Quote
Hangman Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 @Gael, this seems to be working okay here, are you able to make a quick screen recording of the whole UI whilst you are adjusting the Artboard Background Grey Level so we can see what you're seeing? Dan C Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 Hi @Gael, Thanks for your report! 20 hours ago, Gael said: When the UI style: is set to DefaultOS Can you please confirm for me, is your OS set to dark or light UI style? 20 hours ago, Gael said: clamshell mode with External screen Does the same issue occur when using the built in monitor, or only when connected to an external display? Many thanks in advance Quote
Gael Posted February 23, 2023 Author Posted February 23, 2023 Hello, My OS is usually set to change automatically with the time of the day. I have made a recording with the built-in display, after a computer reboot. You can see me changing manually the OS light/dark mode and Designer adjusting correctly the UI but not the background. Interestingly, the preferences background slider is set to the correct location, but I had to click it to reset the background luminosity. Screen Recording 2023-02-23 at 09.30.09.mov Quote
Dan C Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 Many thanks for providing that for me Gael, I can confirm I've been able to replicate this here and I've logged it as a bug with our developers for you now. I hope this helps Gael 1 Quote
