Affinity Designer Help

Hello,

The Affinity Designer Help window does not work properly, it links indexes but not the content or the start window.

I’m using: macOS Ventura 13.2, with Affinity Designer 2.0.4.

The problem is with a font source, if you want to check the problem, deactivate all fonts that are not the system and the problem is solved.

Hi @KyroWorld,

I just deactivated all non-system fonts and the help file still worked fine for myself.  So I've not been able to replicate this.

This sounds like you may have a corrupt font on your system.
I would first open Font Book and use it to validate all your installed fonts and deactivate or remove any problem ones found.
Next I would clear the Font Cash, either with a third party maintenance app like Onyx or by starting the computer in Safe Mode which will also clear the cash. Once the system has finished starting in Safe Mode you can then just restart it normally.
