If you are saying that you minimized the application window to the Dock, with documents open, and you're having trouble getting the application window back when you click on the Dock, then that's a known issue with some the V2 apps on some macOS releases.

There are many bugs that are known but not yet fixed.

No one but Serif knows how they assign priorities, but the last release (2.0.4) was a very limited one focused on a few very serious bugs. This one apparently didn't qualify, or was too difficult, or they simply didn't have time.

The issue "Application (running) doesn't maximize when we click the icon on the dock" (REF: AFP-4836) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.1857".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
