Import from photos not working

When I try making open document with “import from photos” I see my photos (after allowing access) in their folders but everything flickers and I can’t select anything. Nothing happens, folders don’t open and I can’t get to the photos to click them, the app just flickers. Have to exit the photo album screen to stop it from doing so.

Hi Lellie, sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried doing a hard reset of your iPad? It can help with some issues.
Can you open files from other locations or is it just photos?

I've not heard of this 'flickering' occurring previously and I'd be interested to know if this is shown in a screen recording. Can you please take a quick video of this behaviour and attach it here for me?
