Hi AI Loan,

Thank you for providing the crash logs, while I am looking into them please could you tell me if you have tried reinstalling the 2.0.4 update at all? Does this happen every time you try to create a mask or is it intermittent?

Thanks
C

Morning, the downloading of the previous version does not appear to be an option. The latest issue is the program now crashes whilst stacking astro photos. What is the fix for this? I purchased this program specific to stack / process astro related photos.

much appreciated.

Former versions should be in your account. You can download from there.

Prior versions, for users who purchased from Serif via the Affinity Store, are available at https://affinity.store/update/windows/photo/2

(These should also work if you purchased a Universal license via the Microsoft Store, but I don't know if they will work if you purchased an individual application license via the Microsoft Store.)
