tml605
Hi guys, I would be great if there could be a way to edit multiple photos from Capture One in Affinity photo as layers. As it works in Lightroom and Photoshop. I understand that Capture One is a product of a different company. But I think both would benefit greatly from this feature, as for many architectural and landscape photographers this possibility is super convenient. Now editing one photo from Capture One in Affinity Photo and saving it back to Capture One library works perfectly well. Absolutely the same way Lightroom and Photoshop work together. Maybe there is a way to make an options in Affinity Photo that when multiple photos are opening at the same time the app will consider them as layers in one file. kamarley and nicolleen

tml605
Yes and no. To do this you need to export files from Capture One to some folder and then create new filed with Stack in Affinity Photo. And after you need to safe a file somewhere. Here us an example, from 14:35.
nicolleen
I would like to second this. I was hoping, in V2 there would be an option to open a picture as a layer as opposed to a new file or the "Place..." workaround. I really miss this option. At the moment it would be the easiest thing for a print template by the print shop to open it in my document as a layer and check, whether my document fits properly. The "Place..." command doesn't help a bit and defeats the purpose, as I can and have to adjust the size of the imported picture in my document. Obviously next time I will use the template beforehand, but nevertheless I come across lots of situations, where it would be easy and quick just to open a file as a layer in my active document.
