Red Al Posted February 3, 2023 Posted February 3, 2023 Affinity Publisher can not Search and replace missing fonts. MacBook Pro M1! Publisher panel "Manage fonts" can only search but not replace!!! When I open a document with missing fonts, I want to display missing fonts in the panel "Manage fonts" and replace them with new, existing ones. The button "replace" is missing. How long will it take until this panel finally serves its purpose? Quote

Choose Format after clicking on the silly little cog wheel. From the Format dialog choose Fonts and next to the Font Family is the various "sets" of fonts dropdown menu. Click on it and choose Missing Fonts from there. One final thing that you will need to do is check all the Character and Paragraph and Group Styles for that missing font in the font sections of the styles. They will (at least they used to) trigger a Missing Font warning even if they are all overridden in the text. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
