Paragraph decorations do not follow text wrapping

This is perhaps not so much a bug but a note to be aware that paragraph decorations do not adhere to text wrapping settings. see attached screenshots (examples to demonstrate only  … not works of art :-)).

The help text suggests to me that decorations will follow the text but that is possibly a bit much to expect where wrapping is applied.

Of course Publisher has many ways to work around this in most cases e.g. setting properties for the upper layer objects.

Maybe just adding a note to help is all that is needed.

This is the way it works in other programs like MS Word and IMO it's the way it should work. Text decorations are for the entire paragraph while text wrapping is line by line.

For text decorations to follow the wrapping there would need to be additional text wrapping settings, such as whether it should be curved or in steps for each line.
