Unknown brush format when reloading a backup brush file

Recommended Posts

Hi

When I came to restore my brushes I got an 'unknown brush format' error report on the attached file. Does any computer wizard here know why? I have used Time Machine and gone back through several date versions with the same result. All my other backup brush files loaded back in just fine.

I amusing APV2 latest and Monterey latest.

Many thanks for looking into this for me if you can.

The file is only 72 bytes so it seems to be severely corrupted. Maybe try going much farther back in your Time Machine backups if you can to find a larger version that is not corrupted.
