Staff Pauls Posted February 2, 2023 Staff Posted February 2, 2023 I suspect this was an inconsistency in windows in v1.10. You can use the info panel to see the dimensions in the document units Quote
PaulEC Posted February 2, 2023 Posted February 2, 2023 I can confirm that when you change the units (for example to from px to cm) the change is not applied to selections, they stay as px. hasstamm Posted February 7, 2023 Author Posted February 7, 2023 Ich gehe davon aus, dass Funktionen die in einer vorhergehenden Version vorhanden ist, auch in einer neuen aktuellen Versionen vorhanden ist. Also bitte beim nächsten Update berücksichtigen. Quote
hasstamm Posted July 8, 2023 Author Posted July 8, 2023 Hello Team Is Affinity developer actually working on the problem? Or is there no adjustment being made? Quote

From what we users can see, @Pauls did not originally agree there was a bug, and it does not look like a bug report was logged. Perhaps he can comment further on this. Staff Pauls Posted July 10, 2023 Staff Posted July 10, 2023 The selection is actually a pixel selection which is why the units are forced to pixels. Displaying document units was a bug in the earlier version. As @NotMyFault says a feature request would be the way to go walt.farrell 1 Quote
