I am unable to activate any affinity v2 software with my universal license. I am not running a vpn or proxy, I have tried disabling the windows firewall, I have reinstalled multiple programs as well as have tried using the direct windows store install. I have reset my password multiple times, and have double checked that I have been using the login and password for the affinity store website; I am able to login on the website but not on the program. I have also tried to use a simplified password without special characters. I have also tried multiple wifi networks as well as a mobile hotspot.

Logging in to the software works fine on my desktop computer running ethernet, so I am not sure how to fix this problem. I will try to find a different location to connect from but I would prefer to solve this locally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have run just into this problem on the laptop. Flushing the DNS hasn't worked for me. What needs to be done?

Edit: Never mind. It was the date/time being out of sync because my laptop thought it was daylight savings.
