remark concerning French translation for dpi and ppi

dpi = dots per inch

ppi = pixels per inch

so dpi ≠ ppi

the problem in French is that :

dpi = dots per inch = points par pouce = ppp

ppi = pixels per inch = pixels par pouce = ppp

we have ppp for the 2… and that is confusing I think…

maybe we could stay with dpi and ppi for French ?

in photo, when we go for shift-cmd-i, I would prefer to have 300 ppi than 300 ppp :

Thanks for your feedback. This isn't specific to French. It happens the same in Portuguese for example where DPI (dots per inch) equals to "pontos por polegada" (PPP) and PPI (points pixels per inch) equals to "pixels por polegada" (PPP) and as such both are equally labeled/displayed as PPP when translated. 
We do use DPI generically throughout the app (translated in each language) by design, despite the differences between the two. It's something that was already raised/discussed with other users before in many threads but that remains as it is by Serif's choice.

Yes, I meant pixels per inch there (the Portuguese translation was correct but I messed up the the english acronym. Post fixed. Thanks.
