kiarahataly Posted January 28, 2023 Posted January 28, 2023 Auto updated all 3 apps to 2.0.4 and now none of them work. I am currently running 16.3 but I just updated that after the apps (all 3) failed to work on 16.2. The apps will either not load past the splash screen at all or it will load and open but my live work show as blank boxes instead of previews and I am unable to click or interact with the app at all. I am facing the same issue with all 3 apps. I have tried a fresh reinstall with Photo only as I don’t want to lose the work in Designer or Publisher if I don’t have to. Quote

Did you try closing all apps and doing a Forced Restart ? A forced restart initialises more of the iPad hardware than a normal power off/on. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ipad/ipad9955c007/ipados Have you tried rebooting your Wifi router? Often easier to simply switch off wait 20 seconds then turn on again. Have you tried reseting your iPad network settings ? You will need to enter Wifi passwords again but no data loss. Bit worried that the Forced Restart didn’t work, you did ignore the swipe to power off message and instead continuously held the power button without letting go until you saw the apple logo? It is so easy to get it wrong. I would try the other options I mentioned above as well. Also close all open apps and delete photo if you can after saving all your work in an icloud folder, then do a forced restart again, then reinstall. If none of these work the next step would be a full backup and restore cycle. I went ahead and deleted all apps once I realized I had a fairly recent copy of the most important works previously saved in the cloud. The issue has been fixed after reinstalling all apps, double tapping on the splash screen and resetting the account data.
