Busenitz Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 Ever since upgrading to V2 (all apps) on Mac (Catalina) I am no longer able to right click to access recent documents. (I'm not sure why, but while most apps do give recents, some do not) Affinity apps V1 did, and I miss that feature very much in V2. If there are several documents open, they show, or if I close down the documents, but the app is still open, they show. Once I close the app the recent list clears. Quote
R C-R Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 FWIW, I see the same thing & I too am running Catalina. I don't know if this is a bug or what but it would be nice to get this working with Catalina (or with the other macOS versions if it does not already). It may be known to users but there has been no official word on if it is a known bug, by design, or what. Busenitz Posted January 28, 2023 Author Posted January 28, 2023 I didn't have it come up on a search I did, so just good to know they are aware, and I'll quit trying to tweak it on buy end. Quote

It's a bit odd. Serif has not commented, but the topic mentioned above does have a bug tag associated with it. That suggests that it is a recognized issue. https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/search/&tags=afp-5820 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Not necessarily recognized as a bug since it could also be by design somehow.... walt.farrell 1 Quote All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.6 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7 All 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7
