That looks like what's been associated with Hardware Acceleration/OpenCL. Go to Preferences>Performance, and uncheck the HA setting, restart AP and see if that helped.

Hello Ron,

Yes, disabling hw acceleration fix the problem, but another arise. Everything get super-slow. I have tried to update my video drivers, but the problem is still there.

I'm not using fancy strange video cards, standard intel integrated graphics and nvidia rtx 3060, see attached image.

Could I be eligible for a v2 update (I have Photo and Designer) to see if the problem is still there?

Thank you

Leonardo

Does your system meet these specs?

Download the trial version first to see if it will work for you, before buying.

In an older version of CaptureOne, there was an OpenCL bug that was causing a similar issue. When they fixed the bug in a newer version, they updated my license for free.

I can't open a support ticket here and I can't get the software working as advertised. Not a really good experience.

I have similar issue when zooming in and out of a photo. Turning off hardware acceleration makes the problem worse as even initial rendering causes the issue. The artifacts persist in the export as well. Any ideas on how to fix this? It works fine in Affinity Photo v1.
