Yes at the moment fonts don't stream down to the apps. You have to download the .affonts file from your account and install in each app. (File-> Import content on desktop, tap icon top left on Home Screen - import content on iPad).

We will be starting a 2.1 beta fairly soon, which will have font streaming included to remove the need for manual installation.

Just tried it with publisher but I cannot see them in the drop down menu.

Restarted app but still not there.

If you're on a Mac, there are reports that File > Import Content doesn't work for .affont files. They suggest that you need to unzip the .zip file, then drag/drop the .affont files onto the Affinity application you want to install them in.

Maybe a dumb question but is there any obvious way to uninstall any of these fonts once they have been installed into an Affinity app on a Mac?

BTW, on my Mac, after unzipping the fonts I selected all 12 of the Aeroko fonts in the Finder folder I downloaded them into, right-clicked on one of them & from the popup contextual menu I used Open With Affinity Publisher 2 to install them into APub V2 in one step.

For now, manually remove the files from the app's AffinityFonts folder.

Does that "for now" mean you think there might be a better way in some later version?

Also, it would be nice to be able to preview what these fonts look like before deciding to install them and a way to install them once in one of the Affinity apps so they could be shared (linked?) with the other two. As it is, it seems to require 3 separate installs & 3 sets of *.affont files that use more storage space than should be necessary.

That doesn't seem to mention anything about uninstalling any of these fonts after they have been installed, just about removing the need to install them manually.

It implies they will be installed/managed via the Account dialog, which also allows uninstalling.

It appears this never made it into the final release of 2.1. Next to the font collections, I see there is simply a link indicating that these need to be manually installed from the website.
