Failing to activate license on Mac

Recommended Posts

I have just bought the Affinity V2 Universal Licence for MacOS and iPadOS.

I dowloaded the apps/softwares on my iPad and MAc immendiatly. I went to activate my license on my iPad and everything worked fine. But when I moved to my Mac, I can not activate it. Every time I put in my email and password and click activate it tells me there has been a problem connecting to the server.

I have tried resownloading, changing to a different wifi server, changing my passwort but nothing has worked.

I have this issue with Affinity Publisher 2, Designer 2 and Photo 2.

Hi Annika.Jun,

This usually occurs when the app is being blocked by a Firewall or you are connected to a VPN / Proxy. Please could you make sure this isn't the case? If its not please could you you right click on the licence activation window and hit Connectivity Checker then save the report this creates and attach it to this thread?

Thanks
C
