Affinity is 2.0.3, installed from the App store Creating an account fails, the window hangs for about 10 sec showing "loading", then goes back to the original window Which steps are required for Mac OS? If you purchased from the Mac App Store follow the steps in this guide. If you purchased direct from our Affinity Store follow steps here. If you have any AV ro Firewall software running it may be worth just turning that off before going through the process as that may block the app from connecting to our servers. If you still have issues please do one of the following to save the logs files to send to me via DM to have checked. From the licensing dialog, menu option “Help”/”Check Connectivity…” From My Account, right-hand context menu option “Check Connectivity…” Quote
