Rhea Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Hi, My husband purchased the Universal License for me but used his email instead of mine. AndI already have a trial version installed in my ipad and mac pro couple of days ago. On app startup, when we enter his Affinity ID/Email and password to verify the licence it prompted us with a messages “ Cannot verify your licence or cannot connect to server”. Its now day two an still couldnt use the paid version we paid for! Seems like my devices are linked/registered to my email address and wont acknowledge the paid version using my husband email. Didn’t realise that installing paid version is this painful! Any advise how to resolve this? Thanks in advance. regards, Rhea Quote
Dan C Posted February 10, 2023 Posted February 10, 2023 Hi Rhea, Please can you click the little burger menu on the right here and deactivate your device before signing in, and if you still aren't able to log in could you please run the connectivity checker on the right side of the account screen and posting the results.
