I have spoken to the bank and they say that there is nothing with the account and because I haven't purchased anything from Serif for a long time and that the rules of on line paymets changed a few years back that I have to go into my account and update my bank details. I have been trying and can find no way of achieving this. How the hell do I get my purchase if I can't pay for it? Quote

You will probably need to discuss that directly with the Serif staff so you can provide sensitive information safely.
