I keep getting a error message at check out for my purchase for the universal license for the $99 is there a reason why I can't make the purchase?

Here's a link to an article on our forum covering failed payments.   Can I also suggest making sure you have cookies enabled for our site and that your browser is up to date, or trying again with a different browser.
