Can’t type correct in Japanese with external keyboard.

I can’t type a first character in text-box.

For example, if I type “ka （か）”, the text-box say “a（あ）”.

I get the bug with normal speed typing.

But,if I wait in 2-3 seconds between 1st character to 2nd character, I can type correct.

I had never get the bug after 2~ characters in Japanese. 

All V2 apps(photo,publisher,design) have this bug. 

Please show the attached movie.
