Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

If the layer/objects are vector shapes/paths you can group them and rasterise the group. To do, select all layers/objects, press ⌘ (cmd) + G to group them, then right-click the group in the Layers panel and select Rasterise.... The objects will be no longer editable as paths/shapes after you do this.

Alternatively you can generate an image from you project, simply exporting it as a JPG, PNG or TIFF, keeping you objects and layer's structure as it is.
