I have an i5 12600KF, RTX 3070, 32 GB of RAM, NVME 2to, WIN 11, it is a more than correct configuration for Affinity knowing that the previous version did not. Just for testing purposes, try disabling your Antivirus (AV) as sometimes AV can interfere with apps, not saying it is but this is a process of elimination.
