Duplicate and Drag Layers Only Moves Physically Visible Layers in the Layers Panel

Apologies if this has been reported already, in fact I thought I'd already reported this but I can't find the post if I did... It affects all three apps.

If you duplicate selected layers in the Layers Panel and then drag said duplicated layers to a different location, only the layers that are physically visible in the Layers Panel are moved rather than all the selected layers.

Expand the height of the Layers Panel and additional duplicated, selected layers will be included in the selection of duplicated layers physically moved.

Any layers physically hidden by the height of the Layers Panel will not be included in the selection of moved layers even though they are physically selected in the Layers Panel.

Can confirm.
MacOS Catalina

The same scenario behaves correctly in v1.

However, the bug will only happen if you don't scroll down the Layers panel at all.
As soon as all objects have been "in view", they will all move as expected.

So the workaround for now is:

  1. duplicate
  2. scroll the Layers panel down and up again
  3. move

Or simply group the duplicates first.

Exactly, I was just wanting to highlight the issue in relation to the height of the Layers Panel... So yes, there is a workaround but it still needs to be fixed...
