jackamus
When I get an email my Mac does a sort of Ding-Dong as a warning. When I post a question on the AD Forum after a short my Mac erupts into multiple 'Ding-Dongs' but there are no emails. Could it be something to do with the AD Forum member reading the posting or what? Quote If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed! firstdefence
Hi @jackamus Take a look at your system preferences Notifications & Focus settings, there will be settings for Safari, and Mail, you can turn settings on and off to test. I checked again and found 'Play sound for notifications' for both Safari and Mail so I unchecked them. I'l wait and see what happens. Quote If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed!
