Be a Light to the World
I prepare booklets from word file I receive from different people, let's say Mr. A, Mr. B and Mr. C. When I import a word file from Mr. A and Mr. B, there is no problem. Everything appears correctly: capital letters at the begging of each sentence appears in capital, and the rest of the text in small letters. Everything ok. But, when I import a word file from Mr. C, all the text appears in capital letters in Affinity (which is not the case in the word file, where capital letters are used only at the begging of each sentence). I don’t know if the problem is the word file I received from Mr. C, or something I need to change in settings. Can you tell me how to solve the problem? walt.farrell
We would probably need to see the Word file. Is it something you can share here, or will you need a private upload link from the Moderators when they get to this topic? Be a Light to the World
Thank you for your reply. I'm not allowed to share this file as it is privat information. There is any thing in the word file I must check? Edited January 17 by Be a Light to the World

Perhaps Word has a setting or formate for the text called Sentence Case. This could turn ALL CAPS text into what you are describing. But it may not actually change the Case of the text in the Word document.
