PUBLISHER - Text Styles

Recommended Posts

Is there a way to "Delete AND Replace With xx" a style sheet in one step?  Like if you have some text presently in Text Style 1 and Text Styles 2 - and want to just delete Style 1 while replacing all the text applied with Style 1 to go to Style 2 automatically (as is possible in programs like Quark).

WITHOUT having to go thru and apply all the text you want to change to Text Style 2 manually.

Not at all. The Find & Replace panel options are your friends. ;)

Publisher doesn't have an "Ignore Attributes" checkbox in Find & Replace like Quark. Just click the Gear beside Find to set the style you want to find and then the Gear beside Replace to set the style you want to replace it with. Otherwise, it works pretty similarly.
