Miremi Posted January 10, 2023 Share Posted January 10, 2023 (edited) Hello, I have a problem with affinity photo and affinity designer on an iPad Pro M1 12.3. App Version 2.0.3 Everything worked great yesterday until I installed Designer - it worked for a while until it closed/crashed the app and it’s stuck on “loading configuration” screen when I try to open it again….today wanted to work on Photo and I have the same issue. First thing to try is a hard reset of your iPad. This will clear any rubbish stuck in ram that may be affecting startup of the app. Hold the power button off for 5-10 secs. Staff stokerg Posted February 1, 2023 Staff Share Posted February 1, 2023 Hi @Miremi, Are you still having trouble getting into Affinity? If so, try opening the app and when you see the splash/loading screen for Affinity, start tapping on the screen and you'll get some options appear to clear user data.
