Exporting images in AD V1

Up until this morning if I selected an image to export as a jpeg and select Area>Selection Only, it worked OK but today it will only save the image as a whole document and not just the selection only. What may have happened?

Hard to tell without seeing the sample with some screenshots, which show the layers panel and your made selections too etc.

I have attached 3 screenshots.

The first image is what I want to export. The second is the Export panel and the third shows how the image is saved as a whole document instead of just an area.

I don't see anything selected there, so an export would have to get the whole document, I think.

Sorry I forgot to select the image before making the screen shot. See new one.

Works for me in v1.
If you have selected the object to export, the Size fields in the Export panel will roughly match the canvas selection, adding only any non-transparent pixels outside the vector bounding box if you're exporting to a pixel format

Interestingly I did successfully export a another image as a jpeg as a selected area. There must be something in the original problem image that makes it appear to behave wrongly. I will inspect it further to see if I can find it.
