Fraggy Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 I purchased all 3 softwares in the microsoft store but can not find the download links to the given apps. The links in my purchases brings me to a whitescreen page. This are the links in from my orders: https://www.microsoft.com/is-is/store/p/affinity-designer/9nblggh35lrm/0010 https://www.microsoft.com/is-is/store/p/affinity-publisher/9nblggh35lzr/0010 https://www.microsoft.com/is-is/store/p/affinity-photo/9nblggh35lxn/0010 When i download the Designer/Photo/Publisher Software from here (e.g. https://store.serif.com/en-us/update/windows/publisher/1/) it requires a product key wich i can not receive, because its not in the purchase mails or in the order list from microsoft purchases and the links don't work. walt.farrell Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Open the Microsoft Store app on your PC. Click Library, which will show you the apps you have purchased. If they are not in the list, click Filters and Sorting, and turn off the option that restricts the listing to the apps you have installed. Staff Patrick Connor Posted January 7, 2023 Staff Posted January 7, 2023 @Fraggy Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. The products have been withdrawn from sale and Microsoft make them hard to find even if you are an owner. They can be found in your "Library" of purchased products (as Walt correctly suggests), BUT I have just realised that for people like you these links will also work Affinity Designer V1 Store protocol link: ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9nblggh35lrm Affinity Photo V1 Store protocol link: ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9nblggh35lxn Affinity Publisher V1 Store protocol link: ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9nblggh35lzr These open the Microsoft store and allow you to install (download) and run the software but only IF you already own it, like you do. EDIT it seems the forum software is breaking these links (it does not recognise them as links and forces an http:// on the front breaking them). Copy pasting these links into a browser and then accept the offer to Open Microsoft Store when prompted walt.farrell 1 Quote Patrick Connor Serif Europe Ltd Latest V2 releases on each platform Help make our apps better by joining our beta program! You'll find the Affinity Apps you bought in the MS Store App under Library. There is a drop-down selection "Sort and filter". There is a selection point "Show only installed products". After you have unchecked the box, the Affinity program(s) should appear in the list of apps Quote MAC mini M4 | MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2 | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 LE 16 GB | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.3476) Affinity Suite V 2.6.1 & Beta 2.6 (latest) Interested in a free (selfhosted) PDF Solution? jonnyx Posted August 25, 2024 Posted August 25, 2024 This doesn't work for me any longer. I can access the Affinity products in the store by using an direct link from the order history in the microsoft account, but there is no download button anymore. See the attached images. Quote
Komatös Posted August 25, 2024 Posted August 25, 2024 Hi @jonnyx and welcome to the forums. Open the Microsoft Store App. Click on the library icon Click on the Filter and Sorting Icon. Untick Show only installed products. If you select Sort by name, the Affinity programs should appear quite high up.
