But every body knows "Search->Replace" so we could also use "Rechercher->Remplacer par" <= the best I think… A last comment, "Remplacer" without "par" sound too short, in French we do say "Remplacer par" (2 words). So… I would say "Rechercher" for the first column and "Remplacer par" for the second one.
