Artsketch
A perspective crop tool like in Photopea or Photoshop would be great and very useful, because we have 2023 and most scans are done by smartphones and tablets these days.

There are many apps, but a simple perspective crop tool should be implemented in Affinity apps, after raw developping and color corection has been done before perspective crop resampling. But it's non-destructive. The key part of the workflow is that first you set the Perspective mode to Source, i.e. you apply it to the image part that you want to correct, then you switch the mode to Destination and make it rectangular. To crop it precisely then, you may want to make a rectangular marquee selection first and enable Snap to pixel selection bounds. The Crop tool will snap to it. This whole workflow can be just a matter of seconds if it doesn't have to be totally pixel precise.
