Sun2Son
Frustrated Newbie here - Being new I naturally need to refer to How To information. I found an Affinity Publishe 'help' page which listed everything I think I'd ever need - but the information is inaccurate. For example- Glyphs. According to the instruction here: https://affinity.help/publisher/en-US.lproj/index.html it says: About the Glyph Browser panel This panel is hidden by default. It can be switched on via View>Studio. ----------- I do NOT see 'Studio' under 'VIEW' tab - I see it under WINDOW tab - and it does lead to an option to switch Gylph browser on - or anything about glyphs. I'm on Windows 11 - This leads me to another issue - I dont believe any of the tutorial info indicates whether they're refering to MAC - or Windows/PC. Including that info at the start of your tutorials would be greatly appreciated and save people a lot of time and angst. Pls advise, TIA John Kelly PS: PLEASE - IF there IS a list like this (https://affinity.help/publisher/en-US.lproj/index.html ) which is either Updated - or for Windows - please provide a link to where I can find it. Brian_J
The help page you're viewing is for Publisher V1. You can access V2 help here: https://affinity.help. Often times, if a Google search returns an Affinity V1 help page, you can add a '2' after the app name in the URL to get to the V2 help page. For example: https://affinity.help/publisher/en-US.lproj/pages/Panels/glyphPanel.html https://affinity.help/publisher2/en-US.lproj/pages/Panels/glyphPanel.html Also note, when copying a help page URL, use the 'Copy link to clipboard' icon at the bottom-right of the left column. When navigating on the Help site, the page URL in the browser doesn't update to reflect the correct page URL.
