Hi all,

I have a question and I didn't find it in the help:

I place an pixel image in a vector object in Designer. When I resize the vector object, the pixel image inside is also modified. Is it possible to disable this? The vector object is used as a frame for the pixel image.

Thanks for your help!

With the Vector object selected try activating the Lock Children checkbox on the Context Toolbar

If that does not work we may need a full-size screenshot showing the layers panel

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

With the parent (vector) layer selected activate the option "Lock Children" (may be hidden at the far right edge of the Context Toolbar).

Didn't see this option,

Yes, it is well hidden "by design".

But note, this is a permanent setting and independent of a current selection. So, if you select more than one layer (only 1 needs to have a child) this option moves in the context toolbar to the centre … and is a lot easier to achieve.
