Bynah
I am working on a large detailed menu board with a lot of layers. I try to save it and I get the message that I can't save it as I can't write to it.. I have been saving it as PSD files so I won't lose my work. Any help for me? thank you bynah
markw
Two things you might be able to try to avoid loosing your work; 1: If you create a new document of the required size can you Copy & Paste the content of this document into the new one and Save it? And dose this new document then behave properly? 2: Can you save your edits/changes to to this “faulty” document by creating a new one using Save As… instead of Save? And again, dose this new document then behave properly for you? Bynah
thank you for that. I tried to save as with a different name. no go. I did export it as a PSD and that reduced the file size to 45mb. Then I saved that as an Affinity Photo file. It's all there. Thankful something works.
