Cannot sign-in on Windows Store version of Affinity

Recently I got a new computer, and I isntalled Affinity on it like I have on many of my other computers.

But whenever I sign into the app it immediately signs me out without an error or anything else. I've tried to reinstall the app but that hasn't worked.

As if it is thinking you are still logged in one of  the other computers ? Honestly, I don't know how their account system works, but the first thing I'd try is to "log off" in the most recent computer I used my Affinity account on. Maybe my idea is stupid, but that's what I can think of.

AD, AP and APub. V1.10.6 (not using v1.x anymore) and V2.4.x. Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Hi @Derkaziam,

Could you advise if you are still experiencing this issue?

By sign in do you mean the app is prompting you to register/activate Designer upon each launch or are you referring to signing in to your account under the in app 'my account' menu where resources are usually accessible?

If you could provide any screenshots of the page you're referring along with additional detail on the issue that would be beneficial.
