Hello @Kadveevn and welcome to the forum.

Maybe the most knowledgeable company to deal with IDML files is Adobe itself. You could either install a trial version of InDesign or even pay one month of CS to do your conversions. I read that you are not keen on subscription but as you are using it only for the converstion period it may be a good value for the money.

There is also conversion software by Markzware that is supposed to work reasonably good. But they do not convert CS3 version files.
