Text Styles summary is cut off

When I start Publisher for macOS and create a doc, the right edge of the Text Styles panel summary is cut off. If I scale the studio wider so I can see it all and then scale it back to the minimum size, the left edge will be cut off.

It appears that the wrapping isn't taking the scrollbar width into account but that's just a guess.
