Tolles Video, aber bei mir funktioniert das Freistellen einfach nicht. Wenn ich maskiere, genau die gleichen Schritte wie du im Video, dann bleibt der äußere Rand markiert und das Object bleibt markiert, aber es passiert nichts beim Klick auf die neue Maske. Der Rand  müsste doch weggehen und das Objeckt bleiben. Die Pixelauswahl umkehren habe ich gemacht. 

Kannst du mir bitte eine Tipp dazu geben, auch wenn das Video schon älter ist?

So ganz verstehe ich nicht was du meinst, vielleicht könntest du  bitte eine Beispieldatei hochlanden zum besserem Verständnis.
