AD2 Crashing on Startup, while AD1 Opens without an issue

Had an issue starting today where Affinity Designer 2.0.3 is crashing on startup. No system changes, but a few fonts installed. However those new fonts were used in a project prior to the crash on startup. I also noticed that Affinity Designer 1.10.6 continues to start without issue. I attached the crash report from my mac.

try deleting the MRU.dat file that can be found here
Users\{user}\Library\Application Support\Affinity Designer 2\mru.dat
