I can only print on A4 paper, any other size it wont print.

Recommended Posts

I have just purchased a Canon iX6850 to start making cards. I use Affinity Designer and the printer started printing on square cards fine, 300gsm, however after 6 cards it stopped printing and will now ONLY print on A4 normal paper.

I have added Custom Paper sizes when using the print option, but it wont work.

I am extremely frustrated and have no idea what i have done wrong.

Welcome to the forum @nataliemartin

  • Do you create a document the size of the card you want?
  • Then go to print and change the card size to one of the custom sizes you have made?
  • But the printer software only lets you print to A4?
  • Or the Printer software prints as if it's printing on A4 even though you have selected a custom size?
