Some strange results using Warp Group on Frame Text Layers with Decorations or Stroke on Text

Publisher/Designer 2.0.3 on Windows.

I’ve attached a document and video to show what’s happening as it’s difficult to do so in words.
Watch what happens to the white areas of the warped layers when I resize the layers.
Blue = Fill Decoration.
Green = Stroke Decoration
Orange = Stroke on Text (start and end of text is a ‘special character’ in white)

I’m probably using these things beyond what they were expected to do, which is why I haven’t posted it as a bug, but thought I’d mention it anyway.

Noticed something similar on iPad yesterday …

In my example, the orange paragraph decoration strokes each have a Circle Solid stroke ending that are being irregularly deformed by the Warp Group.

Yeah, that’s the question I was trying to come up with another answer to when I found these oddities.

I think we’re probably pushing these functionalities past what they were designed to do but I still think these use-cases need to be considered and dealt with somehow, even though it's not a big deal.

Not at all. The Serifelopers need to refine their algorithms and take our possible use cases into consideration. As has been communicated, the Warp Group is still far from finished.
So we document the oddities, post our wishes and hold our breath that the Magic Serifairies will fulfil them all. Eventually…

Apologies for the delay - I appreciate this may not have directly been an intended use case for Warp Groups, but I do agree this could be improved so I'm logging this with our developers now.
