I Can not use PSD mockup in Affinity Photo after i save it.

Photo can Open a PSD file with PS Smart Objects, if you have your Preferences set correctly.

However, if I understand you, you are Saving (or Exporting) the PSD file again? I'm not sure that Saving a PSD with Smart Objects works. I think the Smart Objects are only supported when reading a PSD, not when writing one.

I think i already set preferences correctly, thats why i can use it in the begining. 

So it's mean.... when i have work todo i have to finish it in one time work, (can't do it in another time/day) without i can't save it ? 

But anyway here a file maybe you want t check it in your photo if it work for you its mean the problem is in my photo app. Thanks

You could, of course, Save it as a .afphoto file, which is the expected format to save active projects in.
