Purchased publisher 2 on iPad but won’t activate

Recommended Posts

Hi, today I purchased publisher 2 for my iPad on the iPad App Store, I received a purchase receipt, it shows as purchased in my Apple account and the payment is showing in my bank account, but when I try to activate the app it says activation unsuccessful. A couple of days ago I bought photo 2 and designer 2 for iPad without any activation problems, any advice on how to get it activated is greatly appreciated, thanks for reading.

Thanks. For that one, I think you may need to press Purchase. That helped me once.

There may be some other possibilities via the Account dialog if you Continue Trial.

But I would first suggest reading this FAQ. The first post in it has a link to an article specifically about purchasing/registering/activating the iPad apps. If that doesn't help, the second post in that FAQ has some alternative suggestions.

Thanks, I clicked on purchase, and I got the dialogue box asking if I wanted to buy for £9.99, which of coarse I did not as I’d already paid for it once, but after a few seconds it said it was activated (thank goodness) without me paying again, I did not have to do that with the other purchases, but at least it it is working now, thanks a lot for your help, hopefully this post might help other who find themselves in a similar situation.
