It appears that you are dragging your Symbol into a placed copy of the Symbol. So you would have a symbol inside a symbol inside a symbol inside a symbol inside a .... to infinity and beyond. This is because you have the Rectangle selected before you start to drag the symbol.

 at about 1:40 in your video.

I am not going to try and nest a symbol inside of itself. That is something I believe will cause a crash. An infinite number of symbols is the result.

Oh well you have to do it when you found out and send confirm and they must fix it

Sorry for the delayed reply. You should not be able to place a symbol inside itself. Issue logged.

The problem is that you still can, e.g. if you group a symbol instance with itself and move the group inside, or – more realistically – if the instance is already part of another group.
