Installation error updating Affinity Publisher and Photo from 2.0.0 to 2.0.3

I am running Affinity Publisher, Photo and Designer version 2 on my windows laptop.  I get the normal pop-up about the version upgrade to 2.0.3 for publisher and photo but get the error that I cannot update, there is no explanation on why.

I have tried downloading what I hoped to be the latest version direct from my account, but when trying to install it tells me that I have latest version installed.

Any ideas anyone?

Running Windows 10 21H2 16GB etc
