Butch.Ferguson Posted February 3, 2016 Share Posted February 3, 2016 I just purchased Affinity Designer for installation on a computer on which I already had the trial version. The software said it was installing, but it isn't on the computer. The trial version still works, but the actual app is nowhere to be found. What's up? Staff MEB Posted February 3, 2016 Staff Share Posted February 3, 2016 Hi Butch.Ferguson, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) If you bought it you can safely drag the trial from the Applications folder to the Trash. Then go to the Apple Store app, change to the Purchased tab on top and check if the button in front of Affinity Designer says Open. If so it's installed. Just launch it from the Launchpad in your dock. If it says Install, the installation wasn't performed correctly the first time.
