The MSIX installer has a minimum spec of Windows 10 (20H1, 19041) or newer. We are hoping to release an EXE/MSI installer that supports Enterprise LTSC 2019 (1809) but the initial release of the EXE/MSI installer may well not, as we are trying to release it quickly and the dependencies that LTSC 2019 need will be added later. I thought I should make that clear, but we do still aim to ADD it as a supported OS if possible.
