We recently upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 and had to re-install all our software, including Publisher, V1.  Many little things seem to be off, but one is driving us nuts: The page thumbnails on the left side of the screen won’t open the page when clicked – single-click, double-click, left-button click.  Any suggestions on how to get this important tool to work again?

Perhaps you have resolved this, but if not, could you try restarting Publisher?  First close it down.  Then reopen it by holding down CONTROL on your keyboard as you click on opening Publisher.  Do not release the CONTROL key until Publisher has opened with a dialogue box.  Uncheck every option and click on CLEAR.  Publisher should reset with the Pages panel operating correctly.  I hope this will help, and am sorry for the delay in responding to you!
